
5 minute Mango Sticky Rice Recipe with Mango Spread
A warm, comforting dessert made simpler — no special ingredients, just everyday rice and a jar of sunshine.
This is our take on mango sticky rice, using regular rice and Beku's mango spread.
INGREDIENTS
For the rice:
- 1 cup regular rice (short or medium grain works best)
- 2 cups water
- A pinch of salt
For the mango milk:
- 2 tablespoons Beku Mango Spread
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons condensed milk (adjust to taste)
To serve:
- Extra Beku Mango Spread for topping
- Toasted sesame seeds or coconut flakes (optional)
METHOD
1)Cook the Rice
Rinse the rice well. In a pot, add rice, water, and a pinch of salt.
Cook until soft and fluffy, then set aside to steam with the lid on for 5 minutes.
2)Make the Mango Milk
In a small saucepan, gently heat coconut milk, Beku Mango Spread, and condensed milk together.
Stir until it turns creamy and smooth — do not boil.
3)Assemble the Dessert
While the rice is still warm, spoon it into a bowl.
Pour the warm mango milk over the top — let it soak in.
4)Finish with a Swirl
Add an extra spoonful of Beku Mango Spread on top for that jammy finish.
Sprinkle sesame seeds or coconut flakes for a little texture (optional but yum).
