Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Beku, we work with perishable food products made using real fruit and natural ingredients. Because of the nature of our products, orders once placed are usually processed quickly and may not always be eligible for cancellation.

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our facility.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
