In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Add warm milk and melted butter, then knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled. Roll the dough into a rectangle about ½ cm thick. Spread the softened butter evenly, then sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon over the surface. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 6–8 equal pieces. Arrange the rolls in a greased baking dish, leaving a little space between each. Cover and let them proof for another 30–40 minutes. Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Warm the Beku Jamun Spread slightly and stir with a splash of warm water until it reaches a drizzle-like consistency. While the cinnamon buns are still warm, generously drizzle the glossy jamun spread over the top and serve immediately.
