I have really enjoyed the Mulberry jam from Beku. While there are many other alternatives available in the market this one stood out as a low sugar and healthy, natural product available at a reasonable price.
I liked the taste and it doesn't give as much sugar spike as other jams. This has quickly become my family's favourite spread on variety of items like bread, breakfast cereal and even Paratha.
The only recommendation for improvement is to improve the thickness of the jam under room temperature conditions as it turns a bit watery once you take it out of the refrigerator. Ofcourse due to no added preservatives or artificial thickeners this is a trade off you will get. But somehow if you can manage to improve the thickness while keeping the product natural it will be a win win
Fruit Jam - how it should be. Natural sweetness nd texture. Went well with breads, chappati , anything u want to try it out with.
